OPD pg86:Free At Last

This is one of the bigger changes I made to the ending. Basically, the strawhats wonder if they'll ever be free from the grip of "4Kids", and I vow to fight for that freedom, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. Now, Nami inexplicably has a subscription to Anime Insider magazine and she gets the issue where it was announced that "4Kids" will no longer be dubbing OP episodes.
